Yes! Momentum Chiropractic & Rehab is currently in-network with BCBS and Sanford Health Plan. Please note that Sanford employee plans are separate and require Dr. Bekah to be listed as a provider under your specific plan.For other insurance networks, we’re happy to submit claims toward any available out-of-network benefits. We also offer straightforward time-of-service pricing for patients who choose not to use insurance.
No referral is needed! You can schedule directly with Dr. Bekah whenever you’re ready to get started.
Every visit at Momentum is a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Bekah, so you’ll have dedicated time to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and work toward your goals.Your first visit is a 75-minute initial evaluation that includes a thorough health history, movement assessment, orthopedic and functional testing, and hands-on treatment when appropriate. Because we take the time to fully assess what’s going on, your first visit typically won’t include a full rehab session. If indicated, individualized exercises and rehab will be incorporated into your follow-up visits.Plan to wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in!
Dr. Bekah is Webster Technique certified, with training focused on assessing and addressing the muscles, joints, and movement of the pelvis throughout pregnancy. She has also completed additional training through BIRTHFIT, ICE Pelvic Health, and other pregnancy and postpartum-focused courses.Care is designed to help you stay active, comfortable, and confident throughout pregnancy and into postpartum recovery. Depending on your needs, this may include chiropractic care, mobility work, strength and core exercises, and movement strategies tailored to pregnancy, preparation for labor, and returning to activity after birth.
External pelvic floor care looks at how your pelvic floor works together with your core, hips, breathing, and overall movement. Assessment and treatment are performed externally—there are no internal exams or treatments at Momentum.Care may include breathing strategies, core and pelvic floor coordination, mobility, strengthening, and individualized exercises based on your symptoms and goals. If Dr. Bekah feels an internal pelvic floor assessment or treatment would be beneficial, we have a trusted network of pelvic health providers for referral.
